Return & Exchange Policy

How do I cancel an order?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Care.

• Cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled.
• A Credit Note valid for 90 days will be issued for cancelled pre-paid orders.

Exchange Policy

For items that are not on sale, customers are eligible for an exchange or a Credit Note. Cash / Monetary refunds are not provided.

• You can exchange your product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The exchange can be made for:
  • A different style (subject to availability).
  • A Credit Note equivalent to the product value.
• Monetary refunds will not be provided.
• The product must be:
  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.
• All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Check Team.
• If the product does not meet the above conditions, the exchange request will be rejected and the item will be returned at the customer's expense.

Exchange Process

Customers can choose either of the following options:

Option 1 – Self Courier

Customers can courier the footwear back at their own cost. Urban Walk will not bear the return courier charges.

Option 2 – Pickup Service

Urban Walk can arrange a return pickup at a nominal charge. The applicable pickup charges will be communicated before scheduling the pickup.

Credit Note Policy

• Eligible products can be exchanged for a Credit Note within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The Credit Note amount excludes shipping charges.
• The Credit Note will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

How to Use Your Urban Walk Credit Note

1. Visit the Urban Walk website.
2. Add your desired products to the cart.
3. Proceed to the Checkout page.
4. Enter the Credit Note code in the Discount Code field.
5. Click on Apply.
6. The discount amount will automatically be deducted from your total.
7. If you face any issues while using the Credit Note, please contact our Customer Care team.

Cancellation Policy

Urban Walk reserves the right to cancel any order without prior explanation if, under certain circumstances, the order cannot be fulfilled. Wherever applicable, customers will be informed and any eligible refund or Credit Note will be processed within a reasonable time.
